UPDATE: After considering the poor quality of the original purchase, I decided to return my first saw. I didn't want to deal with taking it apart and packing and shipping, but I also didn't want a saw that was so clearly flawed. Amazon sent a new one which had the blade much closer to the center of the hole in the table than the first one, so I'm glad I complained. The saw works well, I just wish the first one had been good, and I feel bad for whomever they ship it to next. As some people have noted, DeWalt does a poor job with finishing their stuff, paint was uneven and poorly applied, but nothing that will harm the function.Original review: I was really surprised after assembling this to find that the blade was touching the hole in the table. The table is supposed to rotate 45 degrees left or right, but the only way to center the blade was to mount the table a little off from the part it's supposed to rest on in order to roll easily. WIll work OK if I don't want to cut at angles, but really not how something most reviewers call the "best" scroll saw should work. Very disappointed.
