It's lighter than the previous model and with the shocks it puts less fatigue on the body.

As I said on the Head Line, this hammer is just as good as the Hilti Hammer it replaced for a fraction of the cost.

The drill worked good till the chuck would no longer hold the bit. Tried navagating dewalts automated phone system is like bang your head against a concrete wall. After several hours I finally hit the right combination only to find out that because of my time zone no one would be available to return my call and was hung up on. I tried all four time zones in canada with the same results. I sent a email and after three days got a reply. After emailing a few times with dewalt they wanted my credit card number before I could continue. They shouldnt need my credit card for warranty. I phoned an dewalt approved warranty depot to find out it could be a month before they could even look at it. the warranty depot said that warranty would be rejected if a bit made in china had been used. How would they know what bits are in there unlell the tool has a photographic memory? Just another way of denieng warrenty and blame it on a third party.Maybe chinese parts dont like inferior products and wreck them. If you like yellow tools try getting in touch with the warranty department first. Probably the best thing to do would be buy from a big box store where you can take it back and get a new one when it fails. Glad that I held off on getting some yellow cordless tools
