Your cart is empty. The LED flasher does not replace all flasher relay. Before ordering, please make sure the 3-pin configuration is the same as your vehicle's. You can usually find your flasher pin out printed right on your flasher. Failure to check this and installation in an incompatible vehicle can blow your fuse, destroy the flasher and void the flasher warranty.

The plug worked perfectly. Could not use the factory holding slot. So it just dangling in the dash. This allowed me to fix hyper flash and adjust from super slow to kinda fast.

I upgraded to LED lighting on my 1996 Hijet Japanese mini truck. This caused the dreaded hyper flash with the stock electromechanical bi-metallic flasher so I used this electronic flasher to fix the hyper flash. I set the flash rate to one flash per second. The original flasher fit into a shallow well. The new electronic flasher was slightly larger and didn't quite fit. I purchased .25" quick disconnect splitters that are intended to plug into a QD connection to add a male QD tap to plug in another wire. Instead, I clipped off the extra male QD tab and used the rest of the adapter as an extension leg to raise the new electronic flasher high enough that it cleared the molded plastic well on the fuse black. This electronic flasher has been working flawlessly for a few months so it's apparently reliable.Adding an electronic flasher is a much better fix for hyper flashing LED turn signals than adding ballast resistors across each bulb to make a bi-metallic flasher work properly by wasting all of that power. The electronic flasher requires no other modifications to the vehicle's electrical system that would reduce reliability and generally kludge the wiring with needless complexity.

The flasher works great and solve the rapid flashing, but have to be careful with terminals polarity. In my case, the terminals polarity of Dewhel flasher are reversed from the original one. To solve this, I had to purchased a flasher terminal and reverse the polarity, otherwise, the flasher will not work.Look to attached schematic.

This is undoubtedly a perfectly fine flasher, however the CF-13 flasher is the wrong polarity for the VW Vanagon. You will need the CF-14 Flasher instead. If you install this and it just doesn't work, the reversed polarity *may* be the problem.

Bought for use on a Buell, to add led turn signals. They wouldn`t even light up with this flasher.I took to long to send it back, So I am stuck with it, You may want to consider another brand.Good luck

I have a 2005 Hyundai Elantra and I recently replaced all the exterior bulbs with LEDs. Each and every bulb worked fine except the turn signal/hazard bulbs, which, because of the low resistance, went into hyper-flash mode when used. After researching the problem online, almost every website said that adding capacitors inline to the bulb would solve the problem. It did not. When I consulted a website for determining which light bulbs you need (superbrightleds), it mentioned that the load resistor or this device would be needed. Since I had tried the latter item already, I ordered this device, which included an adjustment for the turn signal flashing speed. I found a online video on how to swap this out and was able to removed the original unit and plug this unit in within 2 minutes, no special tools needed (okay, I needed a flash light to see under the driver's side dashboard, but that's it). With the adjustable dial, I was able to reduce the flash rate to a normal speed and this device has never worked better. since When engaged, it's not super loud, like the original device was, and sometimes I almost forget that a turn signal is even on.

Works perfectly in my Suzuki Samurai with all LED lighting. Love the adjustable speed

As with any flasher, you need to make certain of the polarity of the relay you are purchasing for your vehicle. This one worked fine with my vehicle and the LED bulbs I installed. I only give three stars because the sound of the relay clicking is not as pleasant as the OEM one, and it will occasionally start on the half/flash, if that makes sense. I just found it kind of annoying.I replaced it with a Novita relay. Made by Sylvania. Much better for just a few dollars more.
