The waffled texture does a good job trapping dirt and leaves. It’s thick enough to stay in place fairly well and lie flat even with dogs and cats running over it. It’s a clean contemporary design that can be used just about anywhere and on a variety of surfaces. And so far, it has stood up well in a high traffic environment.My only wish is that the backing had a little extra rubbery surface to give a bit more grip. I’m using it on a concrete entrance and it tends to walk a little each day. But it still gets the job done just fine.

Much better quality than expected. Works great in my entryway. Dark gray color does show dirt, but rug is easy to vacuum.

I am loving this front door rug! It's snows a lot in Ohio,so we use salt everywhere to be safe. The worst part is everyone that walks through the front door brings salt pebbles into the house. This rug "catchs" all that salt so it doesn't get on my hard wood floors! I highly recommend!

I'm loving these purchased three of them. The color is a dark grey i have been looking for over two years to replace our old ones just wasn't able to find the color or rubber backing like these very please thinking of ordering another big one.
