the jaw is not perfectly aligned with the rear support. when the pipe is clamped down, it lifts off of the support. i fixed this with a piece of shim stock. overall its a good copy of the Rigid pipe vise

Good value but you will have a hard time with the pins and clips on the middle of the legs from coming out. If you don’t notice they are small and lost. Function is good and will do a good job if you don’t need to move it around. Good for getting started and then maybe find a permanent location and it will work just fine
