This was a birthday gift for my great grandson, he turned 3. He totally loves playing chef and so you know he was overjoyed with his “kitchen stuffâ€. And, he looks SO darn cute in his apron and hat. 😆

This set is perfect for my 2 1/2 year old granddaughter. I bought it as a Christmas present to replace play kitchen items that have definitely seen better days! The items are easy for her to handle and have leant themselves to many days of pretending to cook and serve food to her grandpa and myself. Even after drops on the tile floors in the house, the set is holding up so far. I hope I won't be disappointed as time goes on. She's just having so much fun with it!

If you’re introducing your baby into pretend play this is where to start it off. The fake food is big enough to not be swallowed and immediately my baby understood it was just for fun and games. He loves the velcro, it’s easy to come apart. Not the first time though, the first time I had to use the fake knife to separate it. Then it was fine. The pots and pans are big enough to have real food inside so he pretends to “cook†goldfish or sometimes he puts his breakfast in there to “cook†and then eats it. It’s such a great product. My baby is 1 1/2 and I can trust everything in the package to be safe for him.

The pieces make fresh vegetable sounds when cut apart. It's a very cute set and the quality is excellent.

It's a great set. There's a lot in the set, so we even divided it into three different gifts. Vegetables, cutting board, plates and utensils first; pots and pans second; teapot last. My just-turned-two year old grandson loved everything immediately. He "cuts" the velcroed vegetables with the "knife." He cooks us "oatmeal chocolate chip ice cream" on his toy stove. He plays with this set constantly.I bought it because it was advertised as being appropriate for two year olds. When the package arrived, it said for 3 yr and up. The lid to the spout on the teakettle looks like it could break easily. More importantly, it comes off so could be swallowed or a choking hazard.We just threw away that small piece. It wasn't a big deal. But for someone less compulsive than me, that could be overlooked. So 4 stars, not 5.

This kitchen set is so good for toddlers! My nephew has a play kitchen he uses it in. The veggies that he can "cut" is his favorite part! He makes meals for his Dad and Mama! Has everything he needs!
