The D-FantiX Chore Chart makes it easier for children to keep track of their responsibilities and help build self-esteem while teaching organizational skills, independence, and positive behavior. It breaks down different types of goals, such as home chores, clearing table, and also has columns to represent each day of the week. Use the magnets provided to talk about specific tasks and behaviors. Personalize the top board by writing the child's name in the space provided. Help the child decide on goals for the coming week and place the appropriate magnets under the Responsibility/Goal heading. Task details can be written by using dry-erase marker (four included) in the blank space for a customized children's learning chart. Erase and re-use! Reward and reinforce positive behavior by establishing a special treat when a specified number of goals are accomplished in a given week.

I was very surprised by the quality of this item. It is much sturdier and better made than expected. I got this to use with my four-year-old nephew who suffers from impulse control issues. Having a visual aid to help him track, his behavior and choices works very well for him. I like the fact that we can also use our own areas of emphasis for him to work on in addition to the ones that come pre-printed.

This chore chart was purchased because my husband and I work two jobs and the kids needed to start helping out around the house more. Two of my three kids actually will sometimes wake up early on a school day to make extra time to do some extra chores. I also love that there are behaviors on it such as "no mean words" which is a big thing especially for my 13 year old. And you can add your own things on there as well! The kids are overall behaving more and helping out around the house a ton. We've decided to put a dollar amount on the stars. Every 5 stars = $1 We look up the item they want to work towards and round up to the nearest 5 or 0 (to account for tax) and then multiply that by 5 to see what they need to earn. We've also started a "credit card" version as well because my 13 year old wanted us to front her some stars to buy something right now and earn the stars back towards that item. So if they ask for a prize upfront and we agree to purchase it, they have to pay 20% interest (which is pretty much the average for credit cards these days) on the cost. So a 50 dollar item at 250 stars now becomes a 60 dollar item at 300 stars. I feel like they are learning so much between responsibility and managing money with this!

Perfect for the price! Have 3 kids ranging from 8-3yrs old. Able to cater it to all there needs. They love being able to pick and goal and put their own stars on the chart. Magnets stick great.

Easy to use, works well on the fridge, size is perfect for my 4year old to see and utilize. I find the board itself is sturdy but the stars is not as great when a lot of stars are taking off. But overall very happy with the quality and look!

I was pleasantly surprised at how much this motivated my kids! They’ve even become a bit competitive. I changed up some of the categories by taping new labels onto the magnets. Also helped to make a Bonus row for anything miscellaneous like mopping, vacuuming, etc. They don’t earn the star if I have to remind them to do it is the key. Overall, awesome chart!

So thought this was very overpriced but not many things suit a family of 5. Anyway took the risk and brought this overpriced board…well magnets stick really well, lot of options for tasks/behaviour/chores…and you can’t write your own. All 3 kids got on there, it’s bright and colourful and so far doing it’s job in teaching kids to take some responsibility and behave better….would now recommend 100% despite still thinking it’s overpriced

This is meant for my 3-year-old grandchild. We all love it. Have put this on the fridge door. Very handy.(Ideally, it should be for 4 years old +)It is a good product and I recommend it :)
