When I opened the product, the head of this item was missing a bolt to hold it together. I don’t see myself using this tool a great deal but it’s frustrating that I don’t receive complete products.

Was good quality for physical assessment for NP school. I like the matte black over the normal silver look. It has great weight to it.

No está mal, es funcional. Sin embargo, pensé que serÃa de mejor calidad, la goma del martillo neurológico llegó fuera de su sitio, yo la coloqué. Además, los acabados del resto del kit no se ven de buena calidad.
