Dekor Eko Refills come in 3 Sizes: Plus, Classic and Mini. Simply check the label inside the access door on your Dekor Diaper Pail to see what size diaper pail you have and purchase the corresponding size Dekor Eko Refills. NOTE: Dekor Eko Refills fit all Dekor Pails in the corresponding size.
Dekor Eko Refills Make Emptying Your Diaper Pail Convenient & Easy
Open
To empty your Dekor Diaper Pail, OPEN the service door and pull out the continuous refill liner just far enough to remove the contents.
Cut
Use the child-safe cutter conveniently mounted on the door to CUT the continuous refill liner.
Tip: Allow room to tie a knot before disposing.
Tie
TIE a new knot in the bottom of the continuous refill liner to form a new 'bag'. Close the service door, and you are done!

Learn How to Install a New Dekor Eko Refill in a Few Easy Steps!
Open
Installing a new Dekor Refill is easy! First, open the Top Frame of your Dekor Hands-Free Diaper Pail and lift out the empty Reusable Cartridge.
Slide
Next, slide a new Dekor Refill over the empty Cartridge. Once the Refill is in place, remove the Paper Band.
Pull
Pull 18" of the OUTER layer of the Refill up & push it through the inside of the Cartridge. Put the Cartridge back inside the Pail and close the top.
Tie
Open the Service Door and pull the Dékor Refill down into the Pail. Finally, tie a knot on the bottom and close the Service Door.

We used all of the bag rolls that were included with our diaper pail, and we’re looking to replenish. Ended up going with these but the process of determining whether these would work or not was a little confusing. These seemed to be the only ones that would fit our pail model, but are green and come in a different box. I knew it was probably just some kind of eco-friendly play (hence the Eko Refills name), but wasn’t 100% sure they’d work since they looked different. Got them, was pleased to find that they fit. They’re green in color, where the outgoing ones we had were clear. Honestly, they’re a great replacement (why wouldn’t they be from the same maker as the pail?), the main reason I’m not giving them 5-stars is the cost for the bags is high in my opinion. I understand they need to work with this unique system for the diaper pail, but I can’t get about a year and a half supply of regular trash bags from Costco for this price. We cruised through the original 3 refills that came with our pail in like 8 months. So not a huge value proposition but those of us with young kids pay for convenience and companies know this. It’s no difference here.

Used the original bags for a couple years and loved them! These new "eko" bags are very thin, almost every time I change the bag it rips. The smell from the diapers goes right through them. Thoroughly unhappy with the new product.

We have been using the Dekor brand for many years for our young adult daughter's diapers. We liked them very much. However, these new ones ... "Diaper Dekor Eko Plus Refills" which are made from recycled plastic are not working for us. They fit the pail just fine and the scent (or lack of) is fine. But, we are only on our first packet and nearly every "bag" has ripped on us. This is either when tying off a full bag or after it's been put in the trash can for transport and then it can't be picked up before throwing in the bin where we take our trash. I like the fact that they are using recycled plastic but they need to make the bags stronger. We are currently looking for a new product to use.

Have used the original product with our other two kids, worked very well. However, this new recycled material is just absolute garbage. Rips easily and absolutely does not contain the smell. Maybe great for the environment but major product fail
