I give a lot of reviews that are one star or five stars because I do not have time to rate average product. This toy box and company are one of the most deserving of 5-Stars, with an excellent product and service. It is high quality, easy to assemble, and a good design. We assembled the toy box, and put their other Christmas presents inside. They were so excited when they saw it and even more excited when they opened it. Great present for any child.

For the price I believe this is a good quality product, worth the price tag. It is a decent size for a young child. I do think you might have to get another storage in a few years. There was no crazy smell, the lid doesn’t slam down so I’m not worried about smashed fingers.Now for the real. The instructions have zero words, just images. It was so hard it took us almost 3 hours. It was so frustrating but once it was done I was very pleased.The cushions are nice but in the wash when I took the picture

On the last assembly step, we put hardware on upside down and could not get apart. I e-mailed customer service. I received a very fast reply that someone was working on to replace the part. In 2 days, I received another e-mail saying the part was shipped and received in another 3 days. So, they resolved a problem, that was our error, in less than a week. The toy box is very nice and exactly what I thought it would be.

The boxes were pretty easy to assemble. The wood was decent quality and not like that cheap, fake wood. Nice that the stickers were already applied. Comes with a spring so the lid doesn’t slam down shut, which is a nice kid friendly option!

This was fairly easy to put together but it definitely takes two people to make it easier. The wood is a lot stronger than we expected. Hopefully it will last.
