This is a high end device, not really meant for consumers. Drivers have proven very reliable in both Win7 and Win10 environments, and the device also runs under WinServer at least up to 2019.

I bought this for work. There was an issue with getting the driver installed but it eventually worked. So far so good!

I've been using the Edgeport/4 USB-to-RS232 for the last three years to connect external fax modems to our faxserver, and I've yet to experience a single problem with it. It was very easy to install and configure on Windows Server 2003. My only regret is that I should have bought an 8 port instead of 4, which is now why I'm buying another 4 port. I highly recommend this.Kris
