Product Description


Control Box is a "Development Kit" (when used in conjunction with PC Sync Software - Pro edition and Digi-Pas sensor modules) is useful to INSTANTLY and EFFECTIVELY allows application engineers/scientist to extract leveling and angular readings in real-time from a single/multiple inclination sensor(s) without the need for concerning on the lead times for writing own programming codes, during preliminary assessment (exploratory phase) on a project.
Its relay I/O allows engineers immediate flexibility to set targeted tilt angle/vibration values via the Professional PC Sync software to initiate trigger/control external peripheral devices such as siren/alarm, valve, motor, strobe lights, etc.
Control Box operates independently to trigger relay contacts after PC is detached from the Control Box, it allows up to 4 of sensor modules connection simultaneously for real-time monitoring (note: system response time increases progressively with number of sensor added) and also have multiple I/O communication protocols such as USB, RS232, RS485 & Wireless Bluetooth, available to meet requirement of various applications.

DEVELOPMENT KIT
Digi-Pas 2-axis inclination sensor module system (Control Box + Sensor Module + PC Sync Pro Software) is designed as a DEVELOPMENT KIT for application engineers EXPLORING to integrate sensor modules into precision machine/equipment/structure.
This Development Kit allows engineers to instantly gain access to angular positional readings displaying on PC screen and save data in Excel format (for further analysis), without the need for tedious and time-consuming programming.
PROGRAMMABLE & USER-DEFINABLE SYSTEM
The CONTROL BOX is the electronic HARDWARE designed to allow users to construct the system and set parameters for triggering relay outputs and for remote data acquisition, logging, processing, analysis on angular measurements and control output of peripheral devices.
Of course these sensors can be directly connected to user's own coding and hardware system WITHOUT the Control Box and PC Sync Software.

PC SYNC PRO SOFTWARE
This 'plug & play' PC Sync Software interface (embedded with National Instrument software) and when used in conjunction with DWL5000XY Series Control Box (as Development Kits) instantly enables application engineers/scientists to acquire and display real-time measuring readings from the sensors.
This setting effectively shortens project timeline and enhances project delivery certainty, particularly useful during feasibility assessments or initial stage of exploratory applications.
ACCREDITATION & TEST
DWL-5000XY Series (5000XY, 5500XY & 5800XY) Inclination Sensor Module's accuracy is verified by accredited 3rd party independent calibration & test bodies and National Metrology Centre traceable to SI standard and NIST, JIS, UKAS & DIN under CIPM MRA.
