The digital capacitance meter 6013L is a novel handheld LCD display capacitive table that can be used to measure 9 range of data over a wide range from 0.1 pF to 20,000 uF.
The table can also be used for digital analysis, selection of capacitors, measurement of unknown capacitors, matching capacitors, measuring cable capacitance and so on.

Update: Replacement unit send to be working just fine.Original review: Would not power on. Tested batteries to be sure they were good. Nothing on the display. Returning for replacement, hoping I just got a dud. Will update when replacement arrives.

This was just what I needed to test vintage capacitors. Not sure if it is highly accurate, but it did the trick for me and saved me a lot of money.

This is a capacitance meter, not a multimeter. It's easy to make the mistake of thinking this is a multimeter, since it says the word multimeter in the title, and they look so incredibly similar. This one only does capacitance though, and it can't read ohms or volts or do any of the other common multimeter functions. Reading capacitance is also something that a regular meter cannot do, so the two are absolutely not the same, despite the nearly identical appearance. All you can do is test capacitors with this, and it has alligator clips instead of probes as the leads.
