They seem compatible (after re-wiring the plug) with computer fans (electrically at least).Output (in Hz) appears to be "Liters/minute=Hz/100" (i.e. if you measure 700Hz it means that you have 7Lt/min flow) as measured with my oscilloscope and cheap flow meter.The ones that I received had the correct size to be internally threaded with a 3/8 NPT tap so that I could fit a 3/8 NPT male to 1/4 NPT female adapter to fit my particular use case (pc watercooling, 1/4 NPT is close enough to G1/4 (BSP) that for the 2-3 threads of the fittings they screw in nicely)

You will need to ran some test to calibrate it but when it’s done it stay true so far. I used it with Arduino board to mesure flow and temperature on a water to air heat exchanger to control ECM fan and ECM pump.
