The viewer did what it was supposed to do...view the slide. However, it is a little clumsy getting the slide out of the viewer. You push a button on the side to eject the slide, but if the slide got tilted, you have to jostle the device or push another slide to push it out. Some slides I have were just a wee bit too wide and I had to cut off a piece of the frame to get it into the viewer. On a bright note, once the slide is in the viewer, you can actually put you cell phone up to the viewer screen and take a photo (digitize) of the slide. The viewer is bright and gives you a good view of the slide.

Product works as described. I am finally able to see the slides from my childhood which is amazing. No more holding up to a light to try and see them. I would recommend this product.

no problems at all with this little handy device. My dad can use it easily, he likes it very much. It is bright enough to see the slides well, the little release lever is cool. The only drawback is you have to take the rejected ones out at least after no more than three are rejected, otherwise, the slides will not be able to fall out properly.

I used the viewer for one day and the LED bulb either burned out or the connection is not working. It worked great for the one day but now I cannot use it. I could try to install a replacement bulb if I knew the size.
