Too small to sit 4 people comfortably. Drawer can't hold much. Shelves pins are too small and keep falling out and thus the shelves fall. One hinge for table top was ripped out of wood when folding top down for the first time. Door hinges won't stay in well.

I was actually quite impressed with this compact table. Overall I love this table and it is the perfect size for the space. I am very happy with it for our guest space. For the price it gets 5 stars even though I have a little concern of the screw connections holding up over time.Dimensions shown on description are with the leaves open on both sides, here are more details: Leaves: 19.6"D x 23.6"W Center console: 7.9"D x 23.6"W x 29.9"HMy only concern is that all the material is particle board (ie: engineered wood), which is disclosed, so most likely in time any area that receives resistance regularly may cause the wood hole to get stripped out. I am concerned the table top leaves may come loose as they have a little resistance when folding open, as well as the casters on the main body of the table. The casters are just screwed into the bottom, so I'm not sure how long they will hold up. I did predrill those holes after the first screw I put in started splitting the particle board face frame (only 1/2" matl). So I suggest predrilling those holes (be careful not to go through the material). I was impressed that the door caster has an excellent bolt though the door design, so it should be fine. When screwing on the glides make sure the screw heads are FLAT (ie: screw goes in perfectly centered, straight and fully sunk), you can't fix it easily after you put it all together (space too narrow). My drawer catches the back screw head slightly on both sides when it closes/opens.
