If you need to make an adjustment you simply push the cord lock button with your finger to release it, adjust the Display Buddie armature on your object, and pull the cord ends apart again to snug and engage the cord lock.

This is an easy to use and secure hanging system for larger platters. It is easy to set up even though it looks complicated, it isn't. It's a good value for the money.

I concerned this wouldn’t be strong enough to hold a somewhat heavy plate, but it worked like a charm and so easy to use! I’ll be ordering another. ; )

This hanger is easy to set up and fit very securely around the plate. The plate is 17"x13" and weighs 4 pounds. The kit came with the hook and nail.

Returned as the mechanism to hold a 6lb plate (rope) did not seem like it would hold the plate long term.

I first ordered these a few years ago. The items I hung in the kitchen with Display Buddie at that time made it through two major hurricanes with no issues - even when I had roof damage! Today I received five more, which I used to make a display in one of our TV areas. Love these!
