Support Mirror & Extend Dual Mode:
1. For MacOS: top left corner Apple icon-->System Preferences-->Displays-->Mirror or Extend Displays;
2. For Windows 10, press Windows key + P combination command-->choose Duplicate or Extend.
3. For Windows system laptop, if the external monitor could not work, please update the BIOS and graphic card driver from laptop official website.
Usage scenarios

Upgrade the latest driver first, and enable the CMS compatibility mode for the BIOS.

Cables worked perfectly, but beware that 3 feet isn't very long. Probably should have gotten one 3 ft and one 6 ft. I hate having long cords and cables, so I went with the three footer. But 3 feet doesn't have much of a reach, so you night be better off with the 6 foot cable. I'm using them on a desktop, but the 3 footer probably works fine with a laptop and docking station. Overall, great product, just be sure to measure your distances beforehand. :)

I requested a replacement 2-pack and again only a single product was delivered.The seller proactively reached out to me and immediately offered to replace with the 1-pack I had ordered. These are my first use on DisplayPort cables. My past history has been with VGA and HDMI monitor connectors. I have purchased three of these cables and they all work as expected.

We purchased 100 of these cables in early Aug 2024. Since then, we have discovered about 40% didn't work upon arrival. By the time we discovered so many of them didn't work, we were outside of the return date. Great price however we've now had to purchase more due to almost half not working at all. Better to go with the more expensive ones out of the gate than have to buy them twice like we did. Wouldn't recommend this company going forward.Update 11-19-24: Of the 60% that worked upon installation, all but 12 of these stopped working entirely within a 6 weeks of installation. In short, of the 100 we purchased, 12 are still working 3 months later. Highly do not recommend this product.

Works great! Had a monitor with VGA input, and a PC with only a Display port output. No loss in quality, or refresh rate.
