A lot of the display cabinets on the market are halogen. This one is LED. Since I am displaying products that are sensitive to heat (supplements, vitamins, etc), I didn't want the lighting to heat up the cabinet. Anyway this shelf looks gorgeous. I have it plugged into an Alexa plug and set up a routine to turn on/off at a certain time. Pondering getting another one!!!
