If you need protection from those pesky monsoons when you're visiting Disney World, this is your ticket to dryness. The ponchos are lightweight and pretty much disposable. I suppose you could try to reuse them, but they are not that thick and seem to me to be made to toss after the storm clouds depart.

These ponchos are good for emergency use. They come folded in a plastic ziplock pouch that can be easily carried in a purse, back pocket, or fanny pack. They are also hooded with a drawstring pull to tighten it around your face. They are not sized but I don't feel that they would fit an oversize person. They just barely fit over me. But considering it's for an emergency use it will provide some protection if you get caught in the rain.

I bought a pack of these ponchos for a trip that I was taking to hike the Camino de Santiago in France and Spain. It is a 500 mile hike with a lot of weather, including rain. I ended up cycling through two of them on repeat and they stood up pretty well considering that they are throw away ponchos. They are extremely roomy and could fit my backpack underneath. The price is perfect and they are great value. The length is also super long, so your legs are covered to the knee. The cons... the sleeves are short so your clothes get wet, the hood string is not well designed so it falls out and the hood comes off easily with wind, and the poncho is very thin and rips easily. I would definitely purchase again for short term use.

These worked great for single use, liked the strings in the hood part. Game in very much handy during the rain at the WMPO golf tournament! Also like that they come in a compact pouch.

This item was great on the 5th grade trip. Fits easily into a bag and many for your money. Works well and keeps you dry. Good purchase for day to day and camping.
