When I made the purchase my main concern was how sterile the product was going to be and it turned out to exactly as the seller advertised. Every scalpel is individually wrapped. There is a cover on the blade and so far each scalpel I used is sharp and the blade sits firmly in the handle. I’m extremely pleased with this product.
