These chicken food feeders were exactly what I was looking for - I had bought these large blue barrel containers with the hopes of making chicken feeders out of them and was able to do just that with these very easy to install feeding ports - it even comes with an attachment for your drill that makes the hole just the right size - we have been using for a few months now and still works perfectly! Great product ! And reasonably priced

I put these on ASAP. It's going to rain all week... their food will be dry and I won't have to clean out food dishes that are a soggy mess. I'm a senior woman & I had no problem putting these on, even with a H.D. drill! They feel sturdy and should last years.

I bought these for a couple reasons, one because my chickens were making a great big mess with their other feeder, and two because I wanted to scoop out the feed less often. Both of those things happen they still do make a mess with the feed a little bit But nowhere near as bad as they were with the other feeder I had and I have these in a 5 gallon bucket on top of a cinder block and two bricks on top of the cinderblock. And now that my chickens are six months old, they go through actually less food than they did when they were younger and growing. and if you want my opinion, I recommend this to everybody. It comes with the right size drillbit to cut the holes in a 5 gallon bucket really easy and I’m sure some people could use that drillbit on other things as well.

My chickens are t happy. The rooster have a difficult time getting their heads in the small hole. The necks don't allow my ducks to eat and the chickens aren't enjoying the feeders as I hoped. Wish I could take them apart and send back for a refund. Ducks can't bend their necks enough to get to the feed.

These are great! There is little to no feed waste! Chickens learned very quickly how to use and seem to like it.

I give my chicks smaller pellets and there is so much waste. I never had so much waste with other feeders. I tried this feeder because of the good reviews but is not working with smaller pellets. If anybody has any suggestions please let me know. I did everything like I suppose to do with putting it together.
