I had a specific application for this expandable shelf that was near its limits. To make sure it was going to work out well, I reached out to the company. They were amazingly fast getting back to me and called me to discuss my need. They knew exactly which model would work best. I ordered that specific one and it worked fantastic. I liked the hardware they use to mount the brackets. The included magnetic level made it an easy install. We WILL be ordering more of these for other closets that we have to increase our storage needs. I very rarely write reviews and rely many times on others, but this was a great experience so I thought I should share.

Product was easy to install. Video instructions was easy to follow. The package comes with everything you need to install the shelf, minus the tools. Sturdy when installed. Quality craftsmanship of parts. Highly recommended!In the picture, it is the upper shelf.

Can't say I disliked anything about the product. When I first received it I was expecting numerous parts and hard to understand instructions. Boy I was surprised. The support brackets are a strong plastic material. The expandable horizontal rods are made of coated metal. Assembly and install instructions easy to understand and very informative. My wife picked out this shelf. I thought it was going to be another cheap piece of plastic. Again I was proven wrong. Very sturdy. Got rid of that construction grade wire shelving that got a sticky film on it after a while and this shelf is much more pleasing to the eye. EZ Shelf -EZ,PZ.

Years ago, an incompetent not so handyman installed those wire shelf in my closet. Due to poor workmanship, the shelf collapsed. I was looking for a shelf that was more sturdy and this fit the bill. I am happy with the product, installation was easy. One note to add is, they include those heavy duty dry wall anchors that really can withstand heavy load.There is one negative. The shelves are 12 inch wide. I would have preferred 16 inch.

Great product with a lot of thought from seller that went into packaging and instructions so everything was clear. The instructions included a personal note from the seller/business owner as well as multiple different resources for help in installation or missing parts. Appreciate the effort!

I replaced my wire shelves with the EZ shelves. They are a lot sturdier . And I like the ease of putting them up .
