I got this bag to try to declutter the box of random cables i have in the basement (doesnt everyone have this kinda box?) and can say that it certainly helped a fair bit.-Can fold down to become pretty small when not needed-Good amount of space-The dividers for the bag are all done with velcro, which i am NOT a fan of-Bag is pretty durable

Really love this bag that has room for practically everything! I'm able to bring with me to places, since I'm on the go doing interviews. It also balances/distributes the weight evenly so well that a packed bag doesn't feel heavy. The bag itself is very light. There are also dividers that allow you to customize your own compartments to fit your need! I've packed my gag with 3 mics, audio mixer, cables, power cables, extension cord, mic holders, just to name a few things. The pockets across the front are very versatile, so that you can really organize your items. Aesthetically, love the black exterior and the orange interior so you can find things easier, like mic adapters or small items that may be hard to see in limited lighting. Everything is thought out carefully! It also has the flexibility to carry by hand or with a shoulder strap.Love this and you will too!

This cable file bag is built solid. The zippers are more than adequate quality. I appreciate the many pockets. In my opinion it should come with 1-2 more dividers and a way to attach the mic case maybe?

I have 3 portable solar generators and 8 portable solar panels and about 20 pounds of assorted cables, connectors, extension cords and adapters to make it all work. I had all these cables etc. stuffed into an old gym bag but the bag was over-full and a disorganized mess - I had to empty the entire bag to find anything. This cable bag is SO MUCH BETTER. It's plenty big enough to hold all my solar gear (except the panels, of course). It has 5 dividers for the main compartment that can be placed anywhere you want, attached to the bag with velcro to make 6 sub-compartments, so all my stuff is nicely organized. It has smaller zippered pockets all over for smaller items, instruction manuals, etc, as well a a laptop-sized front pocket. The compartment dividers are rigid and a rigid floor panel is provided, so the bag retains its shape and is not at all floppy although it's definitely not a hard case. The bag is made of heavy water resistant fabric, the nylon zippers are sturdy and work well and easily, and it has gym-bag-style handles and a removable shoulder strap. It's a very good quality bag, thoughtfully executed, and it works perfectly for my application. I like it very much.

Overall a decent and durable feeling bag that should suffice just fine for the intended purpose, AV nerd wires. The bag is strong enough for that, but it does come flat packed, meaning it will be quite wrinkly and it may take a while for it to "even" out all the wrinkles and sags. To be fair, wires don't need hard cases, so this is fine enough, but you may want something harder for electronics. The mic case is just ok, but the internal dividers are not removable for the mic case, whereas the internal dividers are of course removeable. The mic case is a throw in, but since the dividers are built in, it's harder to repurpose the mic case...maybe tube lights. The internal dividers for the mic case have a cheap looking slide adjustment that lets them nudge an inch or so left and right for thicker mics.It comes with a shoulder strap, however no back pack straps and there are other bags similar to this with back pack straps if that suits you.
