Bought this for my 13 year old for Christmas. No where in the product description does it state that it will not work in Windows 8.1. After tryingnumerous times, came to find out that it is for older PC's. It will work on Windows 7 and a couple OS's before Windows 7. Anything newer itwill not work on. Now having to fight with Amazon to return and get my money back. I am losing my $47.00 Amazon promo code on this purchase. I guess I will take the loss and get most of my money back. Product description is not accurate. The manufacturer's website doesnot even show this product available. There are no drivers and software anywhere for this. Just the disc that come with it. They only workon Windows 7 and a few older OS's. This product isn't worth anything unless you have an old outdated PC. Product is way too expensive forwhat it is and for what you get. Best of luck to anyone who buys this thing.

this is one i have to return no because there was something wrong just a need it one more advance like plug to play music from i pad or ipod the replacement the new one pioneer great product i love it
