I bought a cross-stitch kit that only came with a single needle, which I promptly lost. I had no clue what size the needle was, so I bought this pack instead of just guessing (turns out it was a 24!). Now I have plenty of spares in case I lose another needle, and I don't have to worry about future cross-stitch kits I buy coming with quality needles. I have plenty of regular sewing needles and embroidery sharps, but these round-tip needles are so much easier to work with when cross-stitching (plus I don't keep stabbing myself).

Got these for counted cross stitch projects. I often design my own cross stitch patterns. Having different needles for different count fabric helps.
