These place well and have a higher strength-to-size ratio than the alternatives. I don't like having aid-rated gear on my rack, so this is really the only option for me in this size range.

I don't actually use these too much except on the big stone, probably just due to where I climb (Pinnacles, Tahoe, Yosemite). But when I do find a spot, they are the only thing that fits and they inspire good confidence. You really can't go wrong with DMM stoppers, they are all quality made with excellent designs.
