The large package that I received had over half of the parts for the workbench missing. Attempts to contact DNA Motoring by phone have resulted in being left on hold then disconnected. I have emailed them and am awaiting a reply. The parts that I did receive seem well made and I would hate to have to do a return. The package was missing all of the parts for the 5 drawers, bench pin and arm rests.

What a disappointment, when I went to assemble the product half the wooden. Parts were missing, what was in the box was damaged, and bag of hardware was broken open scratching all the wood.

I only received 2 sets of drawers and mot the remaining pieces. It was impossible to track the item.

It's a decent desk for the price, all parts are included and came in 2 boxes. It comes with tools to assemble the desk but you really want to have a decent drill for the job. The drawers would do a little bit better if they had rails on them but they're okay. The desktop is good, the wood is solid wood, and the hardware is quality.

One box arrived with just drawers. desk frame did not arrive. Looks like tape around first box indicated multi-set. one tag says 3 of 3 so assuming 3 boxes should have arrived. I have emailed DNA Motoring, waiting for response. I will call on Monday during business hours. will update review if remainder of product arrives. Looking at others reviews it is the same problem as others.

Missing one box as there is tape on the one received that says set. Very disappointed as it looked like solid piece. We need it immediately and cannot wait for a reship. Sadly we had to return as were missing all the drawers and other parts. We only had the shell of the desk.
