First off, it mounted nicely. I like that you had a place to store the mounting screws. Graduations were pretty accurate. Only gripe I have was that the offset bend wasn't quite enough so it kind of was in a bind. Had to add a washer between the two parts to space it up enough so that it wasn't in a bind and the edge guide stayed square. Only reason I gave it four and not five stars. One other thing was it wasn't deburred real well and the edges are a little sharp, basically right out of a punch press. But for the price, I certainly could overlook some of the shortcomings and I would recommend it

some edges were *very* sharp!I spent twenty minutes deburring and adjusting the movement.It is ok now, given how infrequently I use a guide it will serve its purpose.Also note that it is NOT returnable!!In the future I will not order unreturnable items.

I got this Xuyunming Edge Guide for my Dewalt DCW600 Compact Router. A router is such a versatile tool and having accessories like this make it even more adaptable to different situations and types of cuts.The edge guide is made of heavy steel that doesn't bend easily. It also comes with the two screws needed to secure it to the router base. The connection slots in perfectly and the thread pattern fits without hesitation into the router. There are two threaded holes so that when you are done, you can put the screws into the guide for storage. This is better than leaving them in the base for storage since they could vibrate loose with time and get lost.The guide itself has a thumbscrew and it grips tightly. It seems to hold well and should stay put while routing. The reference surface that rides along the edge has beveled ends so it doesn't get caught on any hard edges. It seems perfectly designed for this router and I'm really impressed with it so far. The whole design seems really well thought through and if you told me it was original equipment I would believe it.Overall, I am really happy with this. I don't always need a router guide, but when you need one it is a really great accessory to have. If you own one of the Dewalt compact routers, this is a great value and very worth getting!

It fits the Dewalt router as shown but it was very stiff and hard to adjust. I had to take a file to it and ease all the edges to take the sharp edges off and it works now. Should be a lot better out of the box. And the two little screws that mount it to the router could be a LOT longer. They barely grab two or three threads in the router base. I had to countersink the heads way in so I could use it until I could get some longer screws. Would I buy again? NO!!!

Included Screws are not long enough for DEWALT Router, Fixed Base, 1-1/4 .it’s useless until you can find an appropriate screw.
