We have some living room chairs with hard wood arms. This tape is used to provide padded chair arm rest over which we placed cloth chair arm covers. It is 3" wide with self adhering glue on one side. The foam is amply stiff enough..... Perfect !!! Our family likes the improvement.

The chair handles are flat and corroded so I used this to cover the arm resets and sealed with tape underneath. Everybody likes them so it worked.

I used this to wrap my outdoor water pipes. This is great because it wraps well and sticks well. Great item to insulate pipes.

The adhesive has already started to loosen in a few spots. Not what I was hoping for.

I wanted something for a little padding on the arms of a treadmill at home. The only reason I didn't give this 5 stars is that it was an INCREDIBLY frustrating experience to get the tape cover peeled off of these. Once it was started then it was OK to go, but it was not easy. One of them broke into multiple parts and kept splitting which made it even worse. But the product itself was solid. The adhesive they use is strong and it's sticking very well so far to the curved surface of the arms.

This did a very nice job of wrapping a vulnerable exposed portion of my 4-inch exposed plumbing drain pipe. Because of the thickness of the drain and the way I had to overlap this wrap, I only got about 2 feet wrapped, so I picked a midpoint where water might be losing some of its momentum. The pipe immediately felt a bit warmer than the air temperature and gave me the impression that it will do well in keeping warm water moving better.Once I got the protective film started, it came off reasonably well. I basically had to roll the tape on in the reverse of the curve it arrived in, since the adhesive is on the upper side of the tape's initial curve, and I wanted down against the ABS pipe. Adhesive seems quite strong, so I didn't add any duct tape to it at the beginning and end points.Review of DOBTIM Pipe Insulation Foam Wrap Tape, self Adhesive with high Resilience for Pipe Insulation Wrap 13 Ft Long x 4 Inch Wide x 1/5 Inch Thick

I used this pipe insulation foam wrap tape to help seal gaps between my windows and doors and it works perfectly. I can't speak to how well it'll insulate pipes because I didn't use it for that purpose. This is a good quality foam tape and it works well for my purposes. The adhesive is very strong, so carefully measure how much you need and place it in the proper area the first time. It does not come off easily. Overall this is a good quality multi-purpose product.
