We bought this hardware kit for a new sun sail we were planning to put up. I made sure I double checked the product description to make sure it comes with 4 of each item because we have a rectangular sun sail. When this kit came in, there were only 3 of each item: 3 turnbuckles, 3 carabiners, and 3 eye pad plates. It was a little annoying to have to initiate a replacement order and wait for it to be delivered (since we only had a limited amount of time to get this set up), but I still give it 5 stars because of the quality and durability of the hardware itself. Super heavy duty and well made.

We used some of the carabiners and some of the extender gadgets for two sail shades we installed over my gardening area. They were easy to use, and so far look good and do the job. Not sure about durability as they have only been up a few days, but loving the shade with peeks of sun.

Would be 5 stars if they included screws. However, I guess it all depends on what you're screwing brackets to.

Just bought a second set of this hardware for a second shade sail. The first set has been outside in the weather year round for six years and has not rusted at all and the turn buckles still adjust easily. I highly recommend this set.

put along side of house where we lost all trees to a fire a couple years ago that has sun on it most of the day. and could feel the change in temp right away, and power bills went down more then what we spent 0n shads and the hardware in the first month .
