This is probably the best $30 I have spent in a long time. I have a couple Dobermans and foster rescues. The barking here gets a little crazy. We acknowledge the bark (stop barking command) and if it doesn’t stop, we push the button. (We hide controller in a pocket or something so the dogs don’t make the association with the “magic wand.†) The barking stops almost instantly…even from the kitchen if the dog is at the perimeter of our yard. It even works through walls and windows. This is better than bark collars…especially if you want your dog to bark to alert you. It’s perfect to reinforce training. Charges fast and the charge lasts a long time. I want one for every room in the house. I have used e-collars which I have used for the same purpose, but then I have to find the right controller for the collar each dog is wearing. Wearing all them one looks like Flavor Flav. (It’s definitely a vibe.) This is a one and done.

My dog just barks at the device. The little chihuahuas next door HATE it. They run.Your mileage may vary. I'm gonna keep it and see if it's useful on other dogs.

It does what it says it does for 2 out of 3 of our dogs. It is my understanding that smaller and sassier dogs are stubborn and more resilient to training, anyway. The medium breed dogs quick their barking instantly when used. The remote itself only has three usable buttons, which makes it a simplistic device to operate. I prefer this over a shocker device, given it is safer without needing to physically harm your dog. I think this remote should be a few bucks less than what they're selling it for, because I almost didn't purchase it. Battery life should last for weeks if you aren't using it constantly. That'll likely vary between different users and situations.

I wasn't sure this was going to work, I have 2 Poms that like to bark at EVERYTHING but they both weigh 7 pounds so electric shock collars are not an option. This worked so good, and I only needed to actually use it a couple times and now they listen to me when I say NO. I was able to stop the barking and I am pretty sure my neighbors would also give this tool a 5 star rating if they could!

It works to correct bad behavior. However ones they are in full rage the sound doesn't bother them at all.

After using it only two times, all I had to do was pick it up and the barking stopped! This thing is great!
