**updated**Bottle does not leak! The leaking was either learning curve with puppy or puppy playing with the nozzle. I continued to use the bottle and there hasn't been any leakage for a couple of weeks. Puppy still loves the bottle and will go into his kennel to drink from it. Glad I didn't replace it!**Original review**I really like the design of this water bottle. My puppy used it right away. It is staying in place well on his crate. It does leak. I place a puppy pad on the tray under the crate floor and it is making clean up easier, but I will eventually be replacing it. :(

The metal piece with the rolling ball dispenser isn't held on well at all. My dog removed it on the very first day, dumping water everywhere

I like the item, it’s well built and fastened to the crate nicely. I’d just say the washer is flimsy and at first it leaked. You have to unscrew the tip and fasten the washer on correctly then tighten it back up. Also my dog avoided the spout, easy fix, put peanut butter on the tip so they realize it dispenses water.

Loved this bottle at first. Worked much better than the one I bought at a local retail chain. Leaked a little, but manageable. Until my dog chewed a Hole in the metal washer! I'm not sure if dogs should be able to bite through metal (she's a med/small terrier), but now the whole thing is destroyed. I would replace the washer if it was replaceable by the manufacturer and try to attach it just so she could reach enough to drink but not chew. Like I said, great product until my dog poked a hole in the spout.

Nice crate waterer, no mess, easy to attach and you can turn around when they are out of the crate. Easy to clean and easy to fill. Would recommend!

Bought this when I found the Choco Nose water feeder broken on the floor after only a week of use. The clear plastic on that one is too brittle, so a short fall of only foot (off a kennel) is enough to break the stem off.This one is built with much more sturdy plastic and has survived a few short drops. It does not leak and is super convenient to fill from the top so I do not have to unscrew or flip over. This is a must to keep your pet hydrated when locked up for extended periods.

This bottle leaked from the spout. When I returned home, the bottle was dripping, the bottle was almost empty and the blankets in her crate were soaked. I added more water to the bottle to see if the puppy had emptied it somehow, only to find a continuous drip. Don’t buy this product.
