We put this in our feral cat house a couple months ago. We installed it on the ceiling of a 5 ft high cat house we built. Secured the cords with gorilla tape and ran it through a small hole to be plugged in outside. The house has an entry door and an escape door with a cat door between the inside, insulated side and the non-insulated side. We live in the PNW where it drops into the 20-30s. I have it set on 55 degrees and even with the two doors that allow cold air inside, this heater keeps the cat house at 55 without having to run all the time. It has a safety shut off if it gets overheated and also tip over shut off but it is mounted to the ceiling so the cats can't knock it over. The house is 5' X 8' wide and 5' tall. I recommend this heater for this size of a feral cat shelter.

Only had this running for 2 weeks . It shut off and says faulty motor on app . I am extremely disappointed. I will be returning it.

The heater and controller are easy to install, the recommended App works great, even when hundreds of miles away from home, I can see the actual tortoise house temperature (current & set temperature, and heater status, heat on or in standby if set temperature has been achieved

Great product. My senior dog loves to be outside but she shivers this time of year when it’s getting cold. Now she has a nice toasty place to go and can still enjoy watching the squirrels and birds from her dog house. Easy set up, App works great so I can control from work.

This thing is unable to get past 82 degrees, and is doing nothing to keep my chicks warm, it barley heats up 3 feet in front of it, certainly not a dog house, this is a complete waste of money and time

Heater was easy to setup, great thermostat control, and keeps dog house warm. Can't use with Wi-Fi if too far from house.

It is easy to install and I already had the app on my phone for other smart devices I have. I see a lot of reviews that are complaining that it doesn't get to the temperature they have it set at but I ran some heat calcs and determined that a 500W heater is not big enough to heat my dog house to the temperatures that they are trying for.
