Got this muzzle to keep our American Lab from licking the stitches after dewclaw removal. After cone removal the muzzle was a life saver. It fits perfectly, he hasn't been able to get it off and it has a relaxing effect on him. He has no problem breathing through it. I haven't let him drink water while wearing it though.

We bought this JOYPAWS Dog Muzzle for Extra Small Dogs in order to groom our anxious elderly rescue dog. We measured him following the instructions and this fit just as expected. This was comfortable for him to wear. It kept him calm and allowed him to enjoy his bath time.

I bought a small for my jack Russell chihuahua mix, and this harness was uncomfortable on his face. The fit was wrong and it was the smallest size. Doesn't work, don't waste your time money.

Measured muzzle to get the correct fit.I purchased the muzzle to introduce my dog to another one. He also eats trash when we walk this appears that it will put a stop to this behavior.

I highly recommend this muzzle!! I bought a size medium for my puppy. She literally eats everything..not anymore!! She is not able to get out of this muzzle. I think this muzzle type works better with dogs that have long, floppy ears. I have a cocker spaniel so I think it works perfectly. I also bought a size large for my labrador retriever. Because her ears are much shorter, she is able to paw this right off.
