Our dog manages to rip the velcro apart as soon as we get it on him. He is a schnauzer/chihuahua mix and is determined to not wear the muzzle! Thankfully he is in training and we are working on his little quirks that caused the need for a muzzle, and so I'm not too worried about replacing it, but if you need a muzzle, you may want to consider a different type if your dog is good at pawing this off/open.

Perfect for my shih tzu. We use when grooming because she is anxious and does not enjoy grooming and has bitten once. (She is a happy, well treated girl.) Fits her small shih tzu snout. She is 7-9 lbs on smaller side. Only style that fits! I wish I had this sooner!!
