I purchased the muzzle to use on my French Bulldog puppy (4 months) however it was too large (size medium) so I returned it. The quality seemed fine, and if it would have fit, looked like it would work to keep my puppy from eating the acorns all over my yard, which was my goal.

The muzzle fit my dog but it doesn’t stay on properly as he was able to continue taking it off. There are also no directions sent with the package and the process to keep the muzzle “secure†is the most strange thing i’ve ever seen.I requested a return through Amazon and sent the items back in original packaging received my money but was charged AGAIN and sent a new muzzle..despite me stating that I wanted a REFUND. Not a replacement. I am now returning the second package where I attached the original Proof of Delivery receipt and stated that I only wanted a refund BUT now my refund status on Amazon says a replacement is being sent. HELLO!! I don’t want a replacement. I also can’t get in contact with the actual seller to communicate this with them. So annoying

It works good, our dog stays cool and doesn’t over heat when breathing , the muzzle fits around our dogs mouth just fine but with the top completely tightened, it’s not big enough so when at the vet I have to hold it for extra precaution. a smaller size would not have fit around her mouth , but the head piece is just too big. Seems pretty durable

I purchased the size based on measurements of his snout. that was fine - but the length was so long it covered his eyes. He's not a pug. he doesn't have an abnormally short snout. if the length had been OK I woud have kept it. it was lightweight, came with a collar and was very breathable. we need it because he chases our chickens. he's still a puppy but he has hunting instincts. I am going to go to a local pet store and get him measured for one. that way I know it will fit. hopefully we can train him to not chase out little chickens. we know he just wants to play, but he's killed 3 so far. so hopefully a muzzle will allow us to le thim out without constant supervision. we live on large acreage and it's a shame we have to babysit him every time he goes out.

I got this to stop my dog from munching on her favorite umm... backyard tootsie rolls... when I let her out to go. We have three dogs, so she would snatch them up fresh, before scooping them was even an option, and it was giving her belly aches at night. Her original muzzle had big gaps and she could still mash enough in to eat. This fine mesh keeps her from getting any, plus the two strap system is hard for her to knock off her nose. It is worth noting though that she is an in between size, too big for large and too small for xl, so we had to go with XL and she CAN get it off if she tries hard enough. I would imagine this wouldn't be a problem for a "standard" size dog.

Bought this for our lab mix to keep him from chewing. We tasted him for everything and discovered he had an allergy to chicken in the food we were feeding him. We've discontinued thar food and he's starting to get his hair back. He just won't quit chewing.I was excited when this arrived so quickly and put it on immediately. Turned away to get him water and he had it off in 30 seconds and had torn the stitching.Very disappointed!

KEEP LOOKING! The sizing charts are way off!! We ordered for our 4 dogs based off the measurements and recommendations on the product listing and they are not accurate. We have 3 shepherd/lab mixes and a corgi/golden mix. All of them VERY EASILY got out of the muzzles. NONE of them fit as advertised!! We even ordered in a couple different sizes just for comparison and to try to get the right size and NONE of them worked! They are simply too big and not sized properly according to the advertized size charts. Unable/not allowed to return them, We were left with muzzles that are pretty much useless and still have not met the need that sent us to Amazon searching in the first place! Sad. Disappointing. Need not met. Still searching. VERY unfortunate. Poor service.

These are under rated, I don't think people realise to feed their dogs collar through the loops also, that's why they leave negative feedback saying their dog got it off. My dog has never got out of it, she can still bark and it's very comfortable, it just gives me peace of mind when I go shopping that when I return she not going to have been able to chew up everything she See's , it saves us both stress. Feed the dogs collar through the loops and make sure you don't have it upside down. If it's attached to the collar it's impossible to remove
