I just had this product delivered and I assembled it today. This product was packed very well to assure no damage would come it it. The quality of the product seems to be durable and well built also. It's too soon to say if the pup likes it, as she's still getting used to using it. (4yo 60lbs American Staffordshire Terrier) we have confidence she will get to like it. Lots of training and treats!!!It is large for my small home, but I'm hoping it will help her get some extra energy out.

Building it was definitely a two person job to make it easy.The slats are a hard one plastic not a soft rubber. It says large dog but might be a tight squeeze if you have a big german shepherd. The metal pipe where the chain attaches is kind of short, and is where dog might not fit.The packaging was missing a chain, I emailed them today will see how responsive they are. I think the price should be lower and more comparable to others.I’m going to go ahead and pay for the two years of warranty. Obviously a China product but it’s 3k cheaper and in my budget. If I had the money I would have bought USA made.My dog fits on it now but he still has two months to finish growing and I’m concerned he may not fit.

The only thing I dislike is that the slats are wooden. Over time the extended use has caused some of the slats to warp a bit or develop splinters. The slats would be much better if they were a composite material. Other than that I’ve had no issues with the treadmill. My border collie absolutely loves going for a run, but the treadmill noise level can be quite loud. She is able to get quite a bit of speed while running which is great for working breeds.

This thing is a TANK - it's incredibly well built, the materials seem to be very high quality and it works beautifully. Our little 40lb husky had no issues using it from the very first attempt. I haven't been able to convince her to break out into a full sprint yet (that's my goal because she gets the zoomies a lot when she's outside). But she loves to trot on it and jumps right up when we wheel it out for treadmill time. It won't replace her outside mile-long walks every morning and evening, but it's a great supplement, especially on foul weather days. LOVE IT
