This is my second time buying these dog bed covers. I have two Great Danes that use these often. The only reason I had to replace is the dogs tend to scratch and nest and that makes holes over time. I can’t stress enough how well made these are. My first set was the denim navy. Very nice color and washed nicely. I have latex mattress pads cut to size of the dimensions I bought. Two 3†pads stacked fit inside cover. I wrap them in heavy plastic to eliminate soiling. The zippers are very good quality as well. I am a real customer!!

I have a Labrador puppy who has destroyed dog beds and a multitude of items. This bed cover has held up to lots of wear and tear. I have washed it several times and it always comes out perfect. I highly recommende this product!

My dog's foam bed measures 4 inch thick, 41.5 Inches long, and 25.5 inches wide. She's been tearing at the thin cover on it when I leave her in her kennel / crate so I've had to keep pulling the bed out when she goes in.For some reason, she does not tear at this thicker cover like she did the other, so I can't comment on how it would hold up if she was tearing at it, but I can say she has not been interested in trying to tear this up.I left the cover on the bed that it came with and put this on right over it. Very easy to get on even after washing. The zipper operates smoothly and no odor coming from the material. Happy me and happy dog. I can now leave her in her kennel / crate knowing that she is both comfortable and no longer interested in shredding her bed.

I have a dog that sheds a lot and bed always needs to be cleaned. In the past, I just put the vacuum on it and remove the hair. I do the same with this one, and it's starting to show some wear (frizzy) from using the vacuum. The previous beds I used, Kong with a like nylon ballistic cover, handle wear extremely well. Overall, still very good but definitely no where near as durable as the ballistic nylon covers. I actually wish this color was in ballistic nylon so I have extreme durability and the shed hiding color!

Dog bed cover, plus Molly Mutt Washable Stuff Sack, Sustainable Mesh Dog Bed Mattress, Medium/Large, 27.0"L x 4.0"W x 36.0"Th, plus Pestell Pet Products Easy Clean Cedar Bedding, 113 Liters. Purchased together to create a Red Cedar dog bed. The mess bag fit perfectly inside cover. Both are zipper close on short end. Clearly the wood shavings will break down eventually to dust (so liner won't hold them), or the smell will leave. Emptying will be done outside at that time. Half a bag of shavings were used, so I will be able to fill again. Filling was easy using the delivery box and a garbage bag, and done inside without mess (just lucky?). I have a flea problem and a dog who can't use the normal pet products ( neurological conditions). I hope this will help us and you too.

I recieved this cover and within 10 min. my aussie found the zipper and tore it right out the zipper is a joke its very cheep .I guess manufacturer does not have a clue about dogs .I was using a Ikea couch cushion cover prior and that lasted 4 months and i paid 5.00 dollars for it in the close out bin

My puppy dog is pretty tough on things, this one is being used for his outside bed in his house. It gets muddy, dirty, dusty, plus him in and out all day most days (he is outside maybe half a day every day). He is 50lbs and sheds a lot. Not to mention he's like a Velociraptor since you have better luck corralling a wild heard of rhinos then cutting his claws.We've had this now for almost 2 years with no flaws to date, its filled to the brim (had to work to get the sipper shut) with cedar chips and a top layer of polyfill (pillow stuffing) for comfort and warmth, and its inside his "house" that's a 2-piece plastic dog kennel you'd get from Tractor Supply. I remove it twice a year to clean, by a leaf blower then dangling it and hitting it like you see in the old movies when the lady cleans a blanket hanging on the clothesline. It holds up like new...so yea, you want something durable for your pup. This sucker is it; it works and holds up. Too bad they don't make re-covers for couch cushions...
