Purchased this for my mom. I love the length of the holder. Some are really short (5 inches from the top of the door) and hard to reach, especially for older adults. Hooks are solid, though a bit small. There is minimal assembly - four screws to remove and replace for the over the door arm attachment. Really easy to do. Round adhesive pads are included to add a soft bumper under the device. We chose white to blend with the door. Looks great. Very happy!

No instructions provided. Picture shows that screws should be countersunk. They are not. They are VERY short. One screw was too short to use, but they did provide a couple of extras. Because they are so short & not countersunk, I worry that they will come loose. When assembled, it was a little warped, but I was able to get it to fit flush to the door, eventually. I wish the hook over the door was a bit longer. I also needed more pads to compensate for my door depth. Square ones would work better.
