Seems fine. The stickers are not paper so I expect it should hold up okay and be waterproof. They're a little bit shiny. Not sure why it says "Full Compliance USA" perhaps they are trying to sound more official. I attach these to the toilet everytime a unit turns over as people often ignore the warnings and when their bathroom backs up - it's a whole mess! Might as well remind them with a sticker so if they remove it's at their own risk. It serves the purpose.
