This product is easy, versatile, inexpensive, and exactly what you need for travel or just dabbling in MIDI controllers. The size is small enough to travel with but big enough to remain comfortable, it produces an amazing experience and makes my DAWS sound immaculate. With the velocity adjustable features, it really makes a big difference making any tune come to life. 10/10 would recommend.

This works very well i wouldn't recommend for beginners because it does require scripting knowledge to use it in Fl studio if thats what you use it is usable in soundtrap and its nice, if using reaper its quite easy to setup.

Honestly, you're not going to be selling out Royal Albert Hall with this thing. It is strictly utility, and as far as learning keyboard technique on it, don't hold your breath.The stuff that comes with it is pretty good though. They give you a key for Cubase LE, and I've been using it to help teach myself recording and production. Today I upgraded to Cubase Elements, and I got $50 off of the actual price thanks to the bare bones version that comes with this keyboard. So if you want to dive into the world of DAWs, then this thing almost pays for itself

Wasted an entire day, read the instructions, followed everything multiple times, installed 60+ gigs of worthless software, none of the key mapping software works and Donner provides zero support, zero tutorials, zero generic key configs. Doesn't work out of the box in any way. None of the provided software is even compatible with this midi controller... Reddit doesn't even know how to get it to work and that's an accomplishment in itself. I wish Donner paid more to make a working product than a bunch of marketing hype over a sleek looking paper weight with programmable LEDS. Ableton and FL studio doesn't even see it and requires you to input custom keys that also do not work or bind correctly. I wish I could say there was an upside to this product but there isn't. It's not worth the time or frustration. 👎 Also the steinburg installer and modules / sounds are all very low quality. So low quality that when I used the virtual keyboard to hear them I couldn't believe that people pay money for their software... Overall this product deserves -5 stars.

I’m disappointed that the Donner music website won’t process my request to get an activation code. It keeps saying “Exchange failed.†I have written to the service@donnermusic.com 3 days now, they keep coming back with generic instructions on how to process the request, but it fails on step2, which is where you put in your Amazon order number and email. The problem is in order to get to steps 1 and 2, which is to download Melodics and Cubase, you have to sign up for a 7 day trial, and commit to a subscription ($$). The keyboard is nice, but without the software, it’s dead. I’m looking for an alternative as I write this. Regard.Ps… Donner customer service has contacted me, and provided an activation key to resolve the problem. I’m upgrading the review for the five days lost to 3 stars.

keys are nice and responsive, the variable velocity is an amazing feature, the pads are some of the best i've used, and the sliders/knobs feel great. would recommend as a budget option.

Works very well, software unavailable though as it offers when purchased.Update: customer set is helped me get the software working and all is well. Highly recommend this midi keyboard!
