Love how easy assembly was and how sturdy the bench is. Looks very professional and it's very comfy for those of us that have a little extra back there, lol. Also works great as a two person seat. My kids love it and the storage is a bonus for us to hold our music and earphones etc. The price for this bench was also very affordable. The only thing I wish I could change are the colors of the Donner word to match the color on my piano. It's Gold instead of white.

I knew I wanted to stay away from the button/dimpled seat cushions, the smooth finish on this seat is just what I was looking for. The cushion is supportive with a slight memory foam type of feel to it.The legs attached easily with the included hardware and flat wrench. I wasnรขโฌโขt sure how tight to tighten the legs, so I did hand tight first, made sure the top of the leg was flush with the frame of the bench (beneath the cushion) and then gave it about a half to three quarter turn extra. Once all legs were attached and tightened, I set the bench upright and closed the lid to give it the old rump-shaking testรขโฌโ I felt a slight wobble so proceeded to tighten another quarter turn. After that, I tested again and it was study, even on carpet flooring.The wood frame including the legs of the bench is finished in traditional piano black. It looks beautiful and the pictures donรขโฌโขt do it justice, in my opinion.The bench is not top heavy like I assumed it would be. It has good balance.The hinge mechanism is basic yet functional.I would have preferred a more subtle brand marking, but I get it and barely notice it anymore.I would buy again and I recommend this bench for its looks, supportive cushion, and level of quality.

Great quality bench! Easy to assemble. Heavy and sturdy. I love the storage compartment, but cannot give it 5 stars because the lid slams shut. It needs a soft close to avoid hurting small fingers.

Very nice piano bench that I purchased for my Donner DDP-100 piano. It was easy to put the legs on the seat, except I will admit the leg next to the bracket that holds the padded seat up was a little tricky and had to finagle the little provided wrench in an odd position to tighten the nut onto the screw, but with patience got it done! There is nice sized storage in the seat, nice padding on the seat, very sturdy and looks great with the piano. Great purchase and would recommend!

I really felt compelled to write this review. The bench arrived today (very quick) and was impressed with the way it was packaged, pretty well flawless. The bench was easy to assemble. Even came with it's own wrench to tighten the four leg bolts. The wrench was taped to the outside of one of the boxes to not scratch anything. It is very sturdy and heavy enough. Padding is very good as is the gauge for the vinyl sitting area. There was not a mark or nick of any king on any of the pieces, in other words, just perfect. I think for the money, this bench is hard to beat. Quality is very very good. Extremely happy I chose this one, as there are many to choose from, and thank you Donner and Amazon.

Very happy with this bench. Have some heavyweights in the family here and it is sturdy and comfortable for all. :) Easy to assemble, just attach the legs with bolts (tool provided).
