It is lovely and adds to the beauty of my homes side door rental space. The fabric is sturdy and not flimsy , it has stood up to heavy rain and wind, color is still holding up nicely. Ease of installation was not bad even though one screw was stripped. I would recommend it.

The awning is very well made and looks very nice. I was skeptical to get the navy color because, the pic they have on Amazon looks more like purple. But the one we received was a beautiful navy color and we love our new awnings.

The material is Sunbrella Canvas, best in the industry which is why I purchased it. Installed it in an hour, watch the installation video, it helped me. Looks great and I get lots of compliments.

Here are my tips for assembling that differ somewhat from the instructions and from the assembly video on YouTube:1) Make sure the fabric is aligned with the ends of the channels of the outer frame BEFORE connecting the the upper and lower outer pieces together2) I found it easier to then connect the upper and lower pieces before inserting the ribs, which the instructions say to do at the end.3) The ribs are harder to bend into alignment than it looks. I found that pressing on the center of the rib after inserting into the base and then twisting into alignment helpedI've done this twice now. The first the cable came out of the channel in a way I couldn't get back in, so I returned it. The second was properly set up but still took an awful lot of elbow grease to make go (I'm large). Watch the video to see for yourself. You may have better luck than I. The results, however, are really pretty.

You can tell this is a high quality awning. The sunbrella canvas makes all the difference. I purchased a cheap awning first and it lasted a month before it was faded and torn. It's been a year now and this awning still looks brand new. You get what you pay for.
