We have an outside door to a water heater closet. It showed some evidence of moisture getting under the door. But the bottom of the door was so close to the frame that a conventional sweep wouldn't fit. This was a great solution and adhered well to the outside of the door. Despite some heavy rains since installation, there is no sign of moisture penetration.

Measure carefully with the door in all positions to determine the highest point of the floor. I stacked a couple of sheets of paper under the sweep to get close to the floor without touching. I wiped the door with alcohol to clean the surface for good adhesion. I cut the sweep to length with a sharp pair of scissors before exposing the adhesive. You only get one shot at getting it right. Measure two or three times. It has been on for a couple weeks and looks like it will not be coming off. Working great!

the tape doesn't stick for long but i just reinforced it with some glue.

So far so good. Easy to stick on. You can still see light through it but I wasn’t worried about the light so much and I just needed a new door sweep. This was going to be just a temporary solution until we are able to get around to buying the correct door sweep.

The Under Door Draft Blocker not only it keeps the air out it can help with sound .It came within a few days and it is easy to put on , the Adhesion is strong. Make sure you place it where you want, if you don't it will hard to take it off and put it back on.
