Very easy to install with screws that seat into the plate. I am impressed with the thickness of the metal. Arrived with protective plastic over the entire plate which was easily removed after installation.

Works great BUT comes with CHROME screws. Major disappointment there.

I needed a sturdy kick plate for a door that gets a lot of use. This plate is heavy duty, and the pre-drilled screw holes were very helpful. I did have to separately get white screws, however.
