Tricky to install, if you do not want to remove the dash panel. But fits perfectly, different styles for several models, just match your existing hardware. If the sensor moves the truck will not start and these fix that problem.

Dorman Help! 13808 Stop Light Switch Retainer pack. If you are going to replace your brake light switch you should get this kit. I had to pry the old switch and the retainer off together with a flat bar. Just make sure you disconnect the wire plug in first. Then to get the new retainer on, I used a .38 caliber brass casing to spread the retainer and then it slipped right off the casing onto the retainer shaft. If you have a better way more power to ya!

Don't confuse yourself like I did and think the plastic is an insert to be used with the clip. The other 2 clips were for other models of cars I assume cuz only one fit.

Probably good that the package had 2 of the type of clip I needed. I broke the first one trying to install it, the switch is hard to get to.

These clips can be a pain to replace, but that is no fault to the product itself… Just how the oem ones were. But, this one replaced the factory one with no issues.
