Just like the O.E.M. one. Fastener was different but works great. Will buy from these guys again.

I got this as an OEM replacement, as my original was cracked at around 200,000 miles on the ol' Ford Vulcan V6. Be warned that although the price is very reasonable, you will likely have to remove the entire power steering pump to remove this pulley-not very accessible in the vehicle. We have Ford to thank. Rent or buy a puller to remove the original, and count on using some elbow grease. Be sure to refill your pump with the correct power steering fluid and check all fittings.

Since I installed it with the PS pump on the car it wasn't easy, but with the pully tool. I got the job done.

Perfect fit. No need to pull the old pulley off the old power steering pump when replacing it.

Pully is close to OEM style so if the power steering pump fails and seizes... the pully will strip from the metal bearing and allow the pully to turn without blowing your belt Needless to say if you have to do your pully your likely going to do the pump, so do them both. Ensure you buy or borrow a pully puller kit to remove and install the new one. I opted out of this style and went to a completely steel pully in lieu which is just a personal preference.
