I used this grommet to replace one no longer available for the gas tank in a 1989 SAAB classic 900. Its a perfect, albeit tight fit and a great replacement for a part no longer available. I bought a second one and have it soaking in a jar of ethanol free gasoline to make sure it is gasoline resistant. After two weeks it appears fine

It fit like a glove. I have a 88 square-body Chevy with a 454 and I paired it with the ACDelco Professional CV4004C Valve Elbow.

This is designed for Ford cars but I learned from a friend that this will fit Buick V8s. The Buick item is no longer made and the suggested replacement does not fit well. This is an excellent alternative that fits properly, is cost-effective, and is readily available.
