This Dorman PCV valve grommet replaced the factory valve cover PCV valve grommet perfectly! The old one was seeping oil around the edges, and this new one, being a perfect fit on my Chevy Silverado 350 engine, fixed the leak! It also works to replace the air intake breather hose valve cover grommet on the other valve cover.

Perfect fit. 1999 Chevy Suburban 5.7 Vortec. Reccomend buying this and this ACDelco 12555694 GM Original Equipment Crankcase Vent Valve Hose which when the rubber rots out and you get vacuum leaks, your truck will run awful, shift weird, and get poor mileage.This and the other, solved a multitude of issues.
